I have repeatedly question why the cops are so good at arresting civilians while nothing seems to be done against genuine criminals. The definition of a dangerous criminal is different in the books of the Police Academy, i guess?
It is astounding to read that the Selangor police chief Deputy Comm Khalid Abu Bakar ordered eight policemen to arrest Ronnie Liu.
Ronnie is a state executive councillor and a respectable politician so why does the police chief needs to send eight policemen? Ronnie is not going to run away and the police chief only needs to send one or two policemen to do the job.
The other six or seven policemen should be sent to their beat on the streets to reduce the massive crime rate in KL.
So bloody effective they need 8 people to arrest an unarmed politician. Next time they are going to need an entire army to arrest a rapist. My friends told me civilians are easier to catch and the force needed to show that they are doing ’something’ in front of the public.
Yeah, they have shown more than enough to the public, alright. The more they show, the more votes might swing towards the opposite direction in the next general election. Things are not rosy with the PR government but fortunately, BN also screwed up at the same time.
They paid too much attention in picking on the petty mistakes made by the PR government while conveniently forgotten about the basics on behaving like a federal bigshot. How come I didn’t hear any news on 40 cops arrested Sim Tiong Him or Goh Leong San in Melaka, which is a BN state? Oh by the way, another housewife was burnt to death in Krubong, Melaka.
