Joining UMNO has been a mistake from the very beginning. They should not waste their talent in UMNO because they were never a talent-centric party to begin with. They don’t appoint people based on talent. They only give high power to those who are close to them or their cronies. So should talented people waste their talent on a party that is beyond hope? Maybe the party will change its mindset when 99% of their members drop dead tomorrow otherwise it is going to be an uphill task to reform. Rather wasting unnecessary time on a party that is beyond hope it is better to make full use of your talent on a party that is open to ideas.
