Why do I have the feeling things are becoming more and more ridiculous nowadays?
One year after Dr Chua Soi Lek’s DVD scandal led to his resignation from party and government posts, the MCA deputy chief is now being investigated for allegedly performing oral sex.
Selangor Criminal Investigation Department chief Hasnan Hassan, when contacted by Malaysiakini today, said that the police are investigating the sex DVD under section 377(A) of the Penal Code.
I know giving ‘oral’ sex is illegal in this country but how come nothing happens to the person who distributes the DVDs in the first place? Is it because the victim was an easy target? It certainly reaffirm my views that the authorities only goes for easy pie like beating the crap out the protestors with FRU under the pretext of national security. Sometimes I think the beatings are more violent and dangerous than the protest itself because most of the time they are peaceful march. Remember the heavyhanded tactics that were unleashed against the anti ISA vigil? Tsk, oral sex and candles are definitely more dangerous than criminals in Malaysia.
