If history is recalled, it was Umno, formed to protect the interest of the Malay rulers, which criticised the rulers in a prelude to the tabling of the constitutional amendment in 1993.
Well, Pakatan are seen to have commited treason against the royals but do they have the power to strip away their immunity? We know they don’t. But who in the other hand has the proven to do so and they did it so glaringly. Now, we have the same bunch of people trying to lecture their rivals not to disrespect the royals. To me it is like a thief trying to lecture another thief not to steal. So it is really muka tebal for them to ask the pakatan leaders not to disrespect the Sultan. Wait till you see if the Sultan of Perak really dissolve the state assembly you will see the very same bunch of nincompoops commit a greater treason against the HRH.
