Ah Longs, they all should have been eradicated long long time ago but they were allowed to exist for the obvious reason. But why take action only after 30 years when things got bad to worst? Why should they be afraid of the cops when the cops are too busy apprehending people who attend candle light vigils? Complacency breeds indifference and there you have it, ah longs who have no ounce of fear in them when carrying out their atrocities on people who failed to pay up.
