Sometimes they think their families are the only one who were killed during the era of Emergency.
I cannot fathom their logic.
The Indonesians killed many of our soldiers during the Confrontation period but today we welcome them with open arms.
The Japanese also killed scores of people during their occupation of Malaya and today we welcome their grand children.
But why can’t we forgive one old man who wants to come home?
