I remember the days we need to rely on payphones when we need to use the phone when we are out of the house. When cellphones became popular, their billing is not entirely affordable either. It can get very expensive and not every one can afford it. I really have to salute the people who invented the prepaid phone card concept for this. Because of this, we can really enjoy calling our loved ones with prepaid cell phones.
