Do you seriously think Samy’s son got the balls to stand up against UMNO? I think this whole charade is just a stage play. Yeah I do think every thing is staged. It is staged because they want to show people that they have the balls to stand up against UMNO. Papa got no balls so they need the son to become the hatchet man. Such a wonderful play, huh?

I wonder why BN leaders are so afraid of participating in public debates with the opposition? Don’t they have the balls to take them on? I guess this is the price to pay for having the entire machinery helping you to keep the opposition out from air space. You lose the ability to have a proper debate. Sigh, can’t believe crutch mentality has also infected our TV.

Aminul Rasyid is not the only one who was shot by the cops. Norizan Salleh was also one of them. What did Norizan do? Did she threaten the cops with her hair? Was she so dangerous she deserved to get shot for 5 times? Fortunately, she survived. But it is not so fortunate for Aminul Rasyid. Why do we have to take action only when some one dies? Don’t we believe in prevention?

What is the need to have debate because after the election they are going to be a duck instead of chicken anyway. After the buy election, do you think they will be too tired to celebrate?

Regarding to Chicken’s remark, I can consider it as a very good deal for the Sibu people because of DAP but I doubt the goodies will be as good as Hulu Selangor.

Sometimes I can’t help but to wonder what in the world is national interest. Does it mean that everyone can fly with MAS just like AirAsia’s popular: ‘now everyone can fly’ in their superficial slogans? To be honest, it hardly matters how you define national interest. People would generally understand the definition of national interest better than anyone else. In my humble opinion, the accurate meaning of national interest is to treat everyone fair and square, and then only the interest of the people would be served. So this begs the question, Are we being treated fairly by this so called national interest?

I feel sorry for UMNO, because of politicians desperately needed their votes; they become ‘victims’ of these quotas and subsidies.

Sooner or later (or shall i say, now?) they will become more and more dependant and can’t even live on their own without handouts.

Sometimes I am wondering whether normal people on the street could benefit from the new economic model directly.

What I see is the new economic model is merely the same as the new economic policy.

GST is the easy way out to cut the budget deficit. Singapore has GST but it works in place of an import tax.. not only we have ridiculous import tax and AP given to the chosen UMNOputeras. Now we have to deal with a GST on top of all that! talk about sucking blood from a dying corpse! Are we heading the way of Zimbabwe? I don’t think it’s not too far off if we continue to do things the shitty way.
