Datuk Idris Jala said RM 1.2 billion from the subsidy cut. It is true that it is inevitable for the government to decrease the subsidies but when they have not been so frugal in their spending, I doubt the people will be angry each time the government announced the increase of petrol prices and such. Did some one tell me that our prime minister is aiming to win our hearts so that we will vote for him?

Najib says they are planning to make Malaysian into a high income nation but then the only thing he did so far is increasing the price of the essentials. If he is thinking of winning the hearts of Malaysians, then he is doing a bad job at it so far. How is going to win the hearts of city dwellers is beyond me. I wonder who the hell his advisors are.

Seriously, Sarah Palin. We gotta stand by our ally North Korea????? Can you get any dumber than that? And to think there are people who voted for her during the US presidential campaign. How embarrassing for her to make such blunder. Imagine sanctioning the wrong nation and it will bring political ramification because of her blunder. I wonder how she is chosen to be contest in the presidential campaign anyway.

Sometimes I do not understand what the purpose of demonizing Namewee as musuh negara is. It’s not like he is the one who is going to draft national policies and what not. Why even give him so much attention in the first place? Don’t you think it’s embarrassing when the government gave a kneejerk reaction towards Namewee the normal rapper? Do they realize they are indirectly giving more credence to Namewee?

Some people are really really stupid if you ask me. They wouldn’t even comprehend after being given a full table that explained the study loan applicable for different races. It’s like they have been programmed to attack the issue from a racial perspective. But that’s okay because that is what they do best because they are race based parties after all. They cannot live without bringing up racial issues.

You know what I personally feel about this SYABAS issue? I think it is ridiculous to charge people at an expensive price for water if you cannot guarantee clean water. Most of the time, water quality will be horrible and bad part is when you need to pay a lot for it. Says a lot about their management, don’t you think? I think the worst part is when you convinced the people that this is a necessary evil.

It’s good that Aung San Suu Kyii has been released by the junta but it is hypocritical for BN to rejoice her release when they condone detention without trial back home. Don’t you think it’s funny when they cheer for the pro democracy figure in Myanmar while do nothing about the people who got arrested based on dodgy reasons? Before they can rejoice over her release, maybe they should take a good look at things back home.

Looks like the rumours are true. Zaid will form a new party after all. I wonder who will join his new party? Hopefully not BN rejects because I think Malaysians have had enough of rejects and old politicians. We should see new people join politics because it also about time for old guard to retire gracefully. They should not waste their time in politics after retiring. They are better off playing with their grandkids.

You know, it annoys me when trivial matters can be discussed in the parliament but pressing issues such as Utusan calling May 13 as a sacred day gets ignored completely from the Speaker. It really pisses me off because people who got elected into the office actually debated about a non issue. I definitely didn’t vote them to debate about petty issues. Why do we even vote in the first place when we have crappy politicians like them?

Sometimes you can’t help but to wonder who the real prime minister of Malaysia is. How come our deputy prime minister is not the one who greets Australia’s Prime Minister or Hilary Clinton? What is the job our deputy prime minister again? Just to warm his bench? Or he’s merely a puppet? What I know is, he is pretty dumb to be a deputy prime minister. I shudder to think when he becomes our prime minister.
